Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.

Also we had a club room on the 22nd floor this gave us access to free drinks ???? absolutely any drink and delicious food and deserts well worth paying the extra the club room is lovely overlooking the city.

I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others
Nice place. Great restaurants and play places for children. Good place also for family outings and dinner.
Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games.
Went to watch the AJ boxing match.. good atmosphere and the hostess with blonde hair was terrific!!! And the food we ordered was amazing, tasted great and brilliant value for money!! The only ????????would be the service at the main bar.
This is a great place to watch cricket. Fabulous atmosphere, plenty of food and drink options available and great staff/stewards. It's a very family friendly venue too as there is a family stand (pelo alcohol allowed) and tickets are very reasonably priced.
Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap!
If it was raining we would have got very very wet!!!! But apart from that still an amazing location and lovely hotel.
Really nice room with good shower and kitchen area. Free breakfast was great, staff friendly and they had read more free magazines available for you to take if you wanted. They have a lot of items for sale that you may forget. Great location! Would definitely stay again
Fried eggs were solid and had been sitting there for some time by the look of it. Everything on the buffet was tepid- nowhere near hot enough. We only got offered fresh eggs and sour dough avocado when we had finished trying to eat the awful buffet.
